Dear Saint Anthony’s Family,

CLASSWORK AND ASSIGNMENTS BEGIN: TUESDAY, MARCH 17 AT 8AM

IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE EXECUTIVE ORDER FROM STEVEN BELLONE, COUNTY EXECUTIVE SAINT ANTHONY’S WILL BE CLOSED UNTIL MARCH 27th

I just want to keep you informed of the “Happenings” here at Saint Anthony’s High School. Today Sunday there was a Steady Stream of students and family members who were coming in throughout the day to pick up books, supplies from lockers, gym lockers and the Art rooms. I must say that seeing so many of the students made me realize how much I miss them, each student and family member were not only polite but so cooperative and most affirming. We truly are a family here at Saint Anthony’s and it is most evident in times like this.

I remind you that the school will be Opened Again Tomorrow Monday, March 16 from 8:30AM – 3PM to pick up books and supplies. As a precaution, our building is cleaned and sanitized each evening.

All of our Teachers, Administrators and Guidance counselors can be reached by email for any questions you may have at this time.

There are many events and trips listed on the school calendar, many have been cancelled or postponed, and we are evaluating all of the events on a daily basis and will keep you posted.

In keeping with the Guidelines set forth by the Board of Health, Faculty, Staff, Administrators, Coaches are also restricted from being on Campus; out of necessity some have very limited access to the school.

I must remind you that our Campus is closed, All Practices are Cancelled and Our fields are off limits as well. We need to be Vigilant in following the directives of the Suffolk Board of Health and the CDC in these matters.

I continue to Thank all of you for your cooperation during this time, I applaud the work of our Maintenance and Security Staff who have gone beyond what is expected in order to keep us all safe.

Finally, I have heard from our friends at Notre Dame Regional High School in Missouri who assured us of their prayers. Let us continue to pray for one another.

Peace,
Brother David Anthony Migliorino, OSF
