SCHEDULE

4:00 AM All skiers/boarders report to the Student Center. Bag & Equipment Inspection. Number Assignment. Students must have SAHS ID Card or $10.00 Fine!

4:30 AM Departure. “If you are late, you are forgotten!”

7:30 AM Arrival at Butternut. Lift tickets issued on the bus.

3:30 PM All skiers/boarders report to the bus.

4:00 PM Depart to Saint Anthony’s.

7:15 PM Arrival at Saint Anthony’s. Parent Pickup.

No calls from the school! Parent must be waiting!

COST: $260.00

Included:   Deluxe Motorcoach Transportation, Tour Director, All Area Lift Ticket.

Cancellation:  Full refund until February 8th. No refund after February 8th. NO SHOWS = NO REFUND.

Ski or Snowboard Rental: All participants must have their own equipment! If you will rent, you must rent helmets, skis or snowboards with a local rental shop. There are no rentals at the mountain!

Equipment:  Bring Skis or Snowboards, NOT BOTH. Helmets must be in a bag. Skis/Snowboard must be in a Bag. Boots must be in a bag. Everything must be in a bag!

Conduct:  Any misbehavior on the trip will be taken up as a school discipline matter.

Lunch:  You may bring your own or purchase lunch at the mountain.

Locks:  Bring a lock or use pay locks / lock service at mountain to avoid theft of equipment.

Safety:  Use only on the slopes designated for your ability, i.e. beginners on a beginner slope. Take a rest after a few runs. Ski & Snowboard under control. If you are having trouble look for a member of the staff. If you cannot find one, go to the main lodge information desk and have them paged.

Remember, SAHS Faculty Members are in the lodge all day for assistance!

Medical Injuries: In the event your son or daughter incurs an injury that the doctor feels should not be transported home via motorcoach, it is your responsibility to arrange transportation home for your child. A chaperone will NOT serve as an escort home.

NO Media entertainment with external speakers on the bus.
