Schedule revisions will be made available to the students in Homeroom as well as on their Student Portals when the changes are complete. No phone calls please. Please direct all communications to firstname.lastname@example.org .
ONLY ONE FORM PER STUDENT. PUT ALL CHANGES ON THE ONE FORM.
Any Changes Made Cannot Be Reversed. Make sure you are willing to live with the change.
All Requests for Schedule Changes Are Due September 28th, 2017. Any Changes After Will Result in a “W” Withdrawal.
