Faculty/Alumni College Mentor Program

Faculty and Alumni Volunteer to Mentor Students

Many members of the St. Anthony’s faculty and alumni have volunteered to act as mentors to students interested in attending their alma maters as part of the St. Anthony’s Faculty Alumni College Mentor Program. They have offered to be resources to help answer questions that students may have about the schools they attended. This type of insider information can help students gain additional perspective on a university based on a trusted faculty mentor’s experience of student life at that particular school. This invaluable information is for the student’s own personal insight and does not constitute a formal interview for the admissions process of that school.

Presently, over fifty schools are represented by our volunteers. Students gain access to this program by joining the Google Classroom site (code: xr7byz), following the directions, and filling out the Google Form.

There will also be a special “Mardi Gras Mixer” on February 25 in the Padre Pio Room from 3pm to 5pm for students to gain more information about the program, meet with some faculty volunteers, and enjoy some pastries and donuts before the Lenten fast begins the next day!
