Tuesday 5/14 – 2:40 PM – Chapel & 3:10-4:00 PM – Student Center
MAKE-UP ORIENTATION (Note: ONLY for Students with GAMES on Tues 5/14):
Thursday 5/16 – 7:30 AM – Retreat Center
*You can NOT volunteer for the Carnival without attending one of these two Orientations above! NO excuses!*

11:30 AM – ALL Seniors & Juniors Buddy Arrival

– NOTE: We do NOT need any more Student Volunteers for the Carnival & non-registered Students are NOT welcome to just show up at the Carnival.

11:00 AM – ALL Grades at Check-In Arrival
11:15 AM – ALL Grades at Activities Arrival
11:30 AM – ALL Senior & Junior Buddies Arrival
11:45 AM – ALL Sophomore & Freshman Buddies Arrival
*Please do NOT come before your scheduled time & please do NOT arrive late. The children with special needs and their families arrive as early as 12:15 even though the event doesn’t technically start until 1:00 so we have to be ready.*
***If you are a BUDDY and wrote down a particular Child’s name on your Registration Form, please make sure that Child is actually registered for the event & is coming by checking again with the Family! See below for a link to the online Participant Registration Form if needed!***
