On Sunday May 19th, 2019, St. Anthony’s High School will once again host a Carnival for children with special needs and their families. The event will take place in the Student Center of St. Anthony’s High School from 1:00 to 4:00 PM.

The day will include inflatables, carnival games, dancing, face painting, bubbles, chalk, a variety of sports, a photo booth, a quiet coloring area and other appropriate activities for our guests. A late lunch/early dinner will also be provided. There is no cost to families, although donations are gratefully accepted online and at Check-In and are greatly appreciated to offset the cost of the day. We anticipate the event to be a fun day for the children as well as a learning experience for our St. Anthony’s students who are volunteering over the course of the day.

Each child will be matched up after Check-In with one of our student “Buddy” volunteers. Some things to note: 

  • No drop-offs allowed! An adult is required to stay at the event the whole time but may rest in the bleachers in the Student Center while the child is escorted around the event with the student Buddy volunteer.
  • There is no age limit. All ages are welcome & we try to have activities for all ages & abilities.
  • Siblings are welcome but are not guaranteed a Buddy or a t-shirt. Please do not register for siblings separately – just include them in the count of additional family members with the child with special needs.
  • Event is rain or shine!

**Note: If you registered for the Carnival & received a confirmation email when you registered, you will receive a REMINDER email before the event. If you do not receive this email, please go to the Walk-In lane at Check-In.**


We are accepting Walk-Ins the day of the event but we ask you to please arrive after 1:30 PM & to go directly to the Walk-In lane at Check-In. We can not guarantee a shirt or a Student Buddy to the Walk-Ins but we will do our best to accommodate all of our guests!

– Handicapped parking is available near the entrance of the Student Center. Please inform a Fathers Guild member if you need a handicapped spot and do not see one available.

– NO drop offs are allowed! You must be present on campus at St. Anthony’s for the duration of the Carnival.

– We have a little bit of everything for ALL ages & levels of ability so please be sure to get around to all of the Activities.

– Siblings are welcome & do NOT need to be registered. Siblings do not get matched up with a Buddy and will only receive shirts at the end of the event if we have some left so please come back to the Check-In area if you are interested in an extra shirt for a sibling.
