English Honor Society

Pax et Bonum is our school’s chapter of the National English Honors Society dedicated to praise, promote, and practice the English Language Arts throughout our community. Students at the end of their Sophomore year who receive a total average of 90 or above in their English course are nominated at the beginning of their Junior year. Prospective members undergo an intense induction process that evaluates their commitment to our mission. Once initiated, students have the opportunity to attend related field trips, contests, and events. In addition, some esteemed members will have the ability to issue research-backed proposals about amending the English curriculum.
