2018/2019 Final Course Requests

All current students should have received a list of their Final Course Requests for the 2018-2019 year in Homeroom, Today.  Please review your course requests and contact information for accuracy. All students must return this sheet signed by student and parent by Monday April 16^th, 2018 at 2:30 PM to the Scheduling Office. 

If there are errors with your contact information, please fill out updated information on your student portals.

If there are errors with your schedule please fill out the “Schedule Change Request” form by Friday, April 13th, 2018.   The form is available in the Scheduling Office and by Clicking Here
