19-20 Schedule Change Request Form
Schedule revisions will be made available to the students on their Student Portals when the changes are complete via Campus Backpack. They will NOT be made available to the students in Homeroom. They will be updated via Campus Backpack nightly. Any requests for changes should be given at the minimum 48 hrs to process and have Chair/Department approval. All schedule changes must be submitted via the Schedule Change Form available on the school website and in the scheduling office by September 17, 2019.
REQUESTS FOR SPECIFIC PERIODS OR TEACHERS WILL NOT BE ACCOMMODATED.

Senior Schedules: Available Wednesday 9.4.19
Juniors / Sophomore Schedules: Available Thursday 9.5.19
Freshman Schedules: Available Friday 9.6.19
ONLY ONE FORM PER STUDENT. PUT ALL CHANGES ON THE ONE FORM.
Any Changes Made Cannot Be Reversed. Make sure you are willing to live with the change.
All Requests for Schedule Changes Are Due September 17th, 2019. Any Changes After Will Result in a “W” Withdrawal.
