Dear Faculty and Staff:

Next Friday, 18 October 2019, we will again hold the "Pre-Homecoming Student BBQ Event".

Schedule:
4:45 PM - Report to the Gym. See Mr. Washington or Mr. Anderson upon arrival.
5:00 PM - Doors open to students.
6:30 PM - Event ends.
6:35 PM - Students escorted to Football Game Stands.

FACULTY SUPERVISION IS CRUCIAL AND VERY NEEDED.

Please participate and facilitate with the students and their activities.
Feel free to throw a dodgeball!!!
