JUST A REMINDER THE SCHOOL WILL BE CLOSED MARCH 16-20, VIRTUAL LEARNING BEGINS MARCH 17.
On Saturday March 14, 2020 our teachers and staff members came into the building to gather all of their materials in order to begin the process of online learning. I am most grateful to all who have assisted with this process under the direction of Mr. Paul Washington, our Academic Dean. Below you will find a link outlining the plan for Physical Education Courses and during this virtual school time.
Tomorrow, Sunday March 15 and Monday March 16, students and parents will be able to come into the building to retrieve all textbooks and other necessary materials for you to begin receiving lessons and assignments on Tuesday, March 17. I ask that when you enter the building you retrieve your supplies quickly and leave the building.
Our attendance policy for next week will be to credit students’ remote attendance when they submit assignments for class. Any students who are precluded from participating in online lessons (illness or any other circumstance) should have their parents email attendance@stanthonyshs.org, as well as their children’s teachers.
Finally, a bit of good news. Our student who was tested for coronavirus has tested NEGATIVE. Therefore there have been no confirmed cases in our building.
Again, I thank all of you for your patience and understanding. This a most unique situation and I am so proud of the Saint Anthony’s Faculty, Staff, Students and Parents for everything they are and will be doing during this time.
